Thaddeus grew up in London, where his first ever mobile phone was a white Nokia candybar handset that he got while in secondary school. Thaddeus’s background is in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science; he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Harvard University, with a thesis in wireless sensor networks. After a period working as a research engineer for wireless sensor startup 10Blade, Thaddeus entered the PhD program at MIT’s School of Engineering. Thaddeus graduated in August ’08 and founded Cadio that same year. |

| Eric Weiss, Chief Scientist |
 |
Eric hails from California, where he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Stanford in Electrical Engineering, specializing in adaptive signal processing. After working in data analytics in Silicon Valley, Eric first came to the East Coast to pursue his PhD in MIT’s Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department.

Drew is an accomplished technologist and entrepreneur. He's been a co-founder or early employee at four startups, all focused on data processing and analysis. He was formerly Director of Engineering at Endeca Technologies and most recently co-founder/VP of Engineering for BankFox.com. He holds an A.B. in Computer Science from Harvard University.
