Details
Cadio requests that you share your GPS data with us for [DURATION], starting on or about [DATE]. The purpose of this data-sharing request is [DETAIL]. In return for completing the entire data-sharing period, you will receive [INCENTIVE].
By opting in, you are agreeing to these terms:
- I understand that as part of this trial I will be sharing location data directly from my existing handset with Cadio at no cost to me, except for "related SMS text messages" which will be charged at standard rates or fall under my existing SMS plan if I have one. I understand that "related SMS text messages" means a maximum of 4 text messages, which may include any text messages that are required to opt-in and opt-out, and reminders if applicable.
- I understand that my handset will be transmitting data about my location (including GPS information) to Cadio in a semi-continuous manner. I give Cadio permission to analyze this and other data that I may provide.
- I understand that Cadio will never reveal to others that my location tracks are associated with me, and I understand that Cadio will never reveal my identity to anyone else or inform any third party that I have shared data with Cadio.
- I realize that sharing data with Cadio will not change the way my phone operates and won't require that I do anything different with my handset. However, I understand that some individuals may see a minor impact on battery life in certain cases. I understand that this effect is only short-term and that my normal battery life will return as soon as the data-sharing period is over. I understand that Cadio recommends I charge my phone’s battery at least nightly during my data-sharing period.
- I understand that I may opt out at any time by following the instructions provided, but I acknowledge that I may not be able to claim any offered rewards if I choose to opt out before the end of the predetermined data sharing period.
- I accept the privacy policy detailed at the Privacy page.
